Toast is also one of the suggested menus nutrition experts for the breakfast menu. Carbohydrates make toast can provide energy for the body. Only, if you want to reduce calories, do not add too much butter.

4. Fruit Salad
Fruit can also provide energy for your body. Choose fruit – your favourite fruit and make a delicious dish on your dinner table. Vitamin and fibber will go in your body.

5. Fruit juice
Juices should also be available in the morning along with your meal. Juice can replace coffee. Energy in the juice is not inferior to that contained in coffee.
